sCurve Solutions provides expert witness services to a select group of industries where our consultants have true expertise. We believe that true expertise comes from careers spent executing projects and using the tools that professional project management teams use to manage projects. If you need help on stadium projects, or roads or bridges, we are happy to refer you to firms who have expertise in those projects. We stick to what we know, what we spent careers learning, and that true expertise serves the clients that we do engage with much better.

Many firms use junior analysts who have never worked in industry to perform the analysis and funnel testimony to a small number of signing experts who aren’t doing the analysis. We believe this common approach leaves gaps in their work that exposes legal teams and clients to critical mistakes. Our analysis is done by our most senior team members who are directly responsible for compiling the reports and who then testify based on what they have learned. We also don’t pay for expensive office space, or carry corporate executives on overhead. This allows us to our customers less.
